I found out today during my visit to his office that Dr. Abrams had passed away. Had it not been for him, I would not be here today. He was an amazing doctor, very compassionate and caring and I will miss him. He was a very special human being. My prayers go out to his family.

You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories of Janice provide consolation for your family during this challenging time; and may God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again in Paradise. John 17:3

For Judith and the Abrams Family, I have lost a good friend and colleague. Steve was one of the finest physicians I have had the privilege to know. He was a first rate doctor who was very bright, and knowledgable. He never ever talked down to anybody. His aim was to abolish cancer. Steve always had a friendly grin on his face. I hope that the end of his suffering brings all of you peace, and insight.

To the Abrams Family, I am grieving, along with all of you. Steve was a real gentleman, without one bad bone in his body. He was a first rate physician, and a good friend of mine. I first met him at North Shore University Hospital, in Manhasset. Here in Florida, I always referred Oncology Patients to him, since I knew that they would get the best care. Steve was always kind, and reassuring, with true empathy towards all of his patients. I sent my Mother- in-law to him. I shall always miss Steve very much. Sincerely yours,

I can't believe after 35 years I won't see you again. I'll miss your wit, your humor, your intelligence, your mischevious grin. Rest in peace my friend.
