Susan Joanne Di Silvestro

Susan Joanne Di Silvestro (nee Haney) passed away peacefully on March 13, 2023, in Coral Springs, FL, at the age of 66. Susan is survived by her father, William Haney of Beaver Falls, PA; her husband, Anthony DiSilvestro of Coral Springs, FL; her daughters Necia Irwin of Pittsburgh, PA, and Christine DiSilvestro of Coral Springs, FL; and granddaughter Caprice DiSilvestro-Andrews of Coral Springs, FL; siblings Kristen Massa (Rudy) of Pittsburgh, PA and Jayne Watterson of Beaver Falls, PA, Linda Finelli (nee DiSilvestro); nephews and nieces Jason, Nina, Julia, Emily, Molly, Gennifer, David, Maura, Ronald, Cynthia, Danny, Melissa, Jennifer, and Lisa. Susan is preceded in death by her mother, Alice Joyce Haney of Beaver Falls, PA, and brother-in-law Dal Watterson of Beaver Falls, PA. Susan was born on June 16, 1956, in Rochester, PA. She graduated from Blackhawk High School in 1974 in Beaver Falls, PA and from Community College of Beaver County in 1976 with an associate degree. In 1989, Susan met the love of her life, Anthony DiSilvestro. Tony and Susan were married in November 2002. Susan and Tony raised their blended family of two daughters in Coral Springs, FL. Susan spent her professional life as a medical office administrator. She loved cruising, entertaining, exercising, making lifelong friendships, and caring for her favorite four-legged friends, her dogs - Shawn, Elmo, Zoe, Zack, and Deechay. She especially loved making her husband crazy. She enjoyed her summers in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, her birthplace. She also loved shopping and breakfasts with her daughter, Necia. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 17, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1401 Coral Ridge Dr., Coral Springs, FL 33071. A graveside service will occur Friday, March 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. State Rd. 7, N. Lauderdale, FL 33068.
