Theresa Ann Banks

Beloved wife of George (deceased), mother of Richard (Kathleen) and Donna (William), grandmother of Danielle, Patrick (Samantha) and Michelle; Sister to Lawrence, Rosemarie (deceased), Michael and Anne.

Theresa was very active in the community and will be dearly missed. She spent many hours volunteering at her church, St. Malachy, where she assisted in the rectory office, helped with the weekly bingo and the annual rummage sale, served as a Eucharistic Minister bringing communion to those that are home bound, and acted as the president of the Columbiettes, a Catholic Women's Organization. Also, she was the secretary of her condo association in Kings Point where she made life long friends and cooked many meals. She retired from the Olive Garden where she worked as a hostess, greeting and seating patrons, for over 20 years.

A funeral service for Theresa will be held Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 6200 N. University Dr., Tamarac, FL 33321.
