Virginia Kokkoris

On November 14th at 6:19 am our dear loving mother Virginia Wasielewski Kokkoris "Mamma Virg," passed away at the age of 78. She was born in Flint, Michigan on Holbrook Street. She was the daughter of Walter and Stella Wasielewski. She is a US Veteran and served in the United States Air Force for two years. Virginia was a singer, dancer and entertainer and always wanted to be in the movies. She loved to laugh and have a good drink and dance the night away. She made the house a home for everyone. She was definitely everyone's Momma. Cooking was a passion of hers and when she did she always cooked for an army. She is survived by sons George and Alex Kokkoris and sister Natalie Wasielewski Becker. Friends may gather at the KRAEER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida from 5 to 8 pm. on Thursday, November 16, 2017 Funeral service will be 2 pm., Friday, November 17, 2017 graveside at White City Cemetery, 3800 Sunrise Blvd., Fort Pierce, Florida. in Lieu of flowers family requests contributions be made to Solaris Rehabilitation Center, 4125 W. Sample Road, Coconut Creek, Fl. in her loving memory.
