Beloved husband of the late Joan Lalonde (née Deebank).
Loving father of Mark Lalonde (Tracy). Treasured sister of Margarete Lalonde Cumberbatch. Cherished uncle of Marilyn Martin (Bob) and Lance Munroe. Extraordinary friend of Dan. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Mary (née Murphy) Lalonde.

Always the athlete, Junior was a youth gymnastics and aerobics instructions as well as an avid runner.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch (613-933-2841).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Carefor Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
