It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Brock James Leroux at Woodland Villa in Long Sault on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the age of 63.
Brock was a man who lived life with passion, humor, and an unwavering love for those around him. He was the beloved son of the late Robert and Kathleen (née Charbonneau) Leroux and the loving partner of the late Julie Primeau.
A loving father, he leaves behind his cherished daughter, Amber Leroux (Brandon), and was a proud grandfather to Lucy, Lewis, and Ainslie.
His presence will be deeply missed by his siblings, Kristen Leroux (Steven Terriah) and Kent Leroux, as well as his nieces and nephew: Amy, Thomas, Grace, Vanessa, and Alexandra. He will also be remembered by his former spouse, Jeanne Herfkens (Poirier).
Brock had an infectious personality and never let a conversation end without sharing a joke. A true social butterfly, he had a passion for sports, golf, music, and cars. His humour, kindness, and warmth made a lasting impact on everyone he met.
In keeping with Brock’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A joint Celebration of Life will be held at Lahaie and Sullivan East Branch, 614 First Street East, on Friday, March 14, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, where friends and family will gather to honor both Brock and his father, Robert Levi Leroux, who passed in April 2021.
Speeches will take place around 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Woodland Villa or Spinal Cord Injury Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
