Poirier, Gisèle– In loving memory of Gisèle Marie Rose Poirier, born on December 4, 1938, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 28, 2016 at Heartwood Long Term Care. Beloved wife of Adrien Wilfrid Poirier. Devoted mother of Annette Pilon (Raymond), Paul Poirier (Linda) and Claire Caine (Richard). Loving grandmother of Justin Pilon, Jacinthe Martin (Joel), Christian Poirier (Natthika Saengraksawong), Zacharie Poirier, Neil Caine and Nicholas Caine. Gisèle will be greatly missed by her family. Dear sister of Reina Cleverdon, Ginette Samson, Lise Lamoureux, Roger Lamoureux, Pierrette Lamoureux, Michel Lamoureux and Marcel Lamoureux. Predeceased by her parents Leo and Emma (née Bourdeau) Lamoureux, also by her sister Lucienne “Mitch” Lamoureux. Thanks for the care received from the staff at Heartwood Long Term Care. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Thursday, September 1, 2016 for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Peter’s Church at 10:30 a.m. Burial at Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral on Thursday.
