LÉGER, Michel – Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Cornwall Hospice on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Michel Léger of Cornwall; age 61. Beloved Husband of Nicole (Carrière) Leger. Dear son of the late Claude Léger and the late Gertrude Lebrun. Loving father of Christopher Léger (Sherry Darling) and Jason Léger (Elizabeth MacDonald) of Cornwall. Proud Pépère of Tahlia Léger. Will be sadly missed by his brothers Roger Léger, Norman Léger (Charlene) and sister Lucie Lalonde (Richard), his mother-in-law Simone Carrière, the Carrière family and numerous nephews and nieces. Cremation, as per his wishes. The family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, EAST BRANCH, 614 First Street East, (613-933-2841). From 2 P.M. Sunday. Funeral Monday, January 27, 2014 for Memorial Mass in Nativity-Co-Cathedral at 11 A.M. The family will be in attendance on Sunday from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. and 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. and on Monday from 10 A.M. until time of Service.
