Son of the late Emile Sr. Regnier and the late Cecile (née Laprade) Regnier. Brother of Janet Casselman (late Kenny), Robert Regnier (Diane), Larry Regnier (Debi), Susan Prieur (Mike), Barbara Gosling (Kevin), Roger Regnier (Colette), and Johanne Regnier.
Richard is predeceased by his brothers Emile Jr. Regnier (Lucille) and Raymond Regnier (Marlene).
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
Family will be in attendance at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME WEST BRANCH, 20 SEVENTH STREET, CORNWALL, ON on TUESDAY FEBRUARY 28TH, 2023 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM prior to a Service of Remembrance that will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00AM.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
