Hey Buddy around this time I think about you. I remember you telling me in 2000-2002 you hung out with the Scientology Hollywood celebrities and Juliette Lewis was your fav. It looks exactly like you sitting up against the wall at 10 minutes 16 seconds into YouTube video :An Interview with Juliette Lewis - The Acting Center in Sherman Oaks , California . And I looked up and found a phone number for you 773-94-666-45 current !! The video is from 2015 . I watch it and I think about you little buddy . Happy upcoming birthday dude , miss our chats.

To Andy I know you didn’t believe in God or heaven so you’re probably not worried about that. You were profoundly proud of your Freemason heritage and family connection to this elite secret society. I miss my dad alot and I can't Imagine how much my half bother or the rest of the family misses him.

I love my dad and although I miss him I am not mad at him. I used to be angry at him for leaving me but I understand more with age. I think he is the coolest person I ever knew, and he inspired me to be what I am today. Peace and Love, Rocco.

Andy was my trusted mechanic for over 5 years. I hadn't been by his shop for some time, but I drove by last night and was surprised to see another marquis sign on his shop. Imagine my surprise when I searched for him on the internet and found out the unimaginably sad news of his passing. I know he had struggles expanding into a larger shop and balancing all the new responsibilities, but no matter what crazy thing he was dealing with on a particular day he always made me laugh with his antedotes. Like people have repeatedly said, he was not only an intellegent mechanic but a warm-hearted, charming friend. I am very, very sad to know he isn't on this earth. I extend my condolences especially to his children, their mother, and the rest of his family. He always spoke well of his family and said how proud he was to be a father. I know how much he will be missed. Peace and love to all of you.

I am terribly sorry for your loss and send my sincere condolences. Andy was my mechanic, and I referred many friends to him. I valued his honesty and skill, and I always trusted his advice. He always treated me more like a friend than a customer. May he rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to Andy's family and friends. I only knew him and through and because of the fantastic work he ALWAYS did with my car, and in fact I only learned of his passing a moment ago, but I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about him as a friendly and honest person, attributes that one can only hope lives on via his family. Andy, I barely knew you, but you were an amazing person. You touched the hearts of so many.

Andy was an incredible guy, not sure if he even knew the gifts he gave to people. He was the only mechanic I would bring my car to and his integrity for his work and his clients speak for themselves. Requiem for The Beekeeper

We just inherited 10 beehives. "So I guess we're going to be beekeepers now too," Joe said last Friday as we learned of the untimely and unfortunate  death of our dear friend Andy, age 33,  who was among  a small group of comrades who helped us so much over the past four years as we labored to bring the farm up to speed.

Andy, a first-rate auto mechanic, musician, hunter and dad of two -including a son with the wonderful name of "Johnny Rocco," - was always there for us:  come drenching rain or blistering heat. He would drive up any time he  thought he was needed from Whiting , IN to to weld this or fix that or plant this or settle an angry bee colony down for the night. Like many of our friends, he lived in the city, but his heart was out here, in the country.

He held our farm record for sticking three vehicles in the mud, once in the space of a couple of hours, an achievement that we razzed him about over many a beer. Andy was also a good salesman.  You could even say a showman. He and little Johnny Roc really knew how to talk berries with the folks we meet yearly at the Good Food Expo in Chicago. 

One of his legacies will be some really good farm-made honey, Ella Good Honey ( named after his little daughter) that he sold and we hope will continue to come from those 10 hives. The  profits will now go to his children's education.

Finally, Andy was one of those "forces of nature"  who  etch emotional tattoos all over us just by the power of their personalities and their total immersion in life.  So it hurts even more  when they leave us. Luckily, those tattoos don't fade. Bless you, Andy.
