Ann M. Nemeth Jaeger

Ann Jaeger, age 90, born August 10, 1922 of Steve and Anna Nemeth, passed away on July 28, 2013 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Crown Point. She is survived by her dearest and closest partner of over 40 years of loving friendship, caring and sharing, Joseph Vecchio; loving daughters: Carol Cherbak, Patricia Korcha, Linda (Robert) Crider and Gail (John) Saylor; beloved grandchildren: Suzanne, John, Tammy, Jeff, Rich and Joe; and nine great grandchildren, all jewels in her crown as mother, grandma and beloved "G.G." She is also survived by an older brother and younger sister. Preceded in death by her parents, two older sisters and brother, Steve. Ann always had a soft spot for the sick and the needy, putting her culinary skills to excellent use. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013, 11:00 a.m., directly at Our Lady of Consolation Church (8303 Taft St. Merrillville, IN) Rev. Joseph Vamos officiating. Interment Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
