Carol Ann Ivey

Carol is the loving wife for 44 years to the late Phillip Ivey; beloved mother to Teddy (Tamie) Ivey and Adam (Dennise) Ivey; proud grandmother to Shannon Babb, Tabitha (Allen) Nelson, Wyatt (Ashley) Ivey, Taylor (Skylee Knight) Ivey, Tessa Ivey, Kayla (Austin) Rybicki, Jarred (Molli) Ivey, Hayden Ivey and Summer Ivey; great-grandmother to Vincint, Jenova, Shilo, Sophia, Kennedy, Sienna, August, Nikko, Grayson, Chloe, Riley and Noah; cherished sister to Stanley Newbury, George Newbury, Eliane Garcia and Lewis Newbury, Jr.; aunt and great-aunt to many.

Carol retired after 27 years of faithful service with American Lock Company as quality control. She was a talented crafter and loved making gifts for her grandchildren. She especially enjoyed spending time with her large growing family and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, July 26, 2024 from 2:00 pm until the time her Celebration of Life at 6:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307.
