She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Paul Davis; son, Vincent Davis; brother, Bruce Percy; cousin, Diane (William) Haas and many dear friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Florence Percy.
Carolyn was born on December 9, 1944 in Chicago, IL and was a graduate of TF South High School in Lansing, IL. She worked in the medical records department of St Margaret Hospital in Hammond, IN. On September 11, 1971 she married the love of her life, Paul and together they raised one son. She enjoyed swimming, boating, camping and the great outdoors.
Carolyn was a loving daughter, sister, wife and mother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Schererville, IN) with Rev. Michael Cover officiating.
Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
Friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
