Donna J. Ennis Frey

Donna J. Frey, 81, of Calumet City, IL passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at St. Margaret Hospital, Hammond. She was born July 22, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Edward & Viola (nee Butterfield) Ennis. She retired from the credit department at Sears. She was married to Glen Frey Sr. for 57 years and he preceded her in death in 2004. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hammond. Also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Arcadia. Donna is survived by her three sons: Glen (Debra) Frey, David (Joyce) Frey and Robert (Denise) Frey. Seven Grandchildren: Michael , Sandra , Debra, Jacob, Simon , Carla and Bobbi. 13 Great-grandchildren: Christopher, Sean, Amanda, Patric, Leland, Haley, Eric, Cory, Emily, Amy, Chloe, Aiden, Leah and one great-great granddaughter: Rebecca. She was preceded in death by her sister Eileen Paul. Donna was a wonderful devoted wife and mother, a good friend to many and will be missed by all.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Schererville, IN. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 26, 2010 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
