As a devoted mother to her daughters, Jennifer and Dawn, she nurtured her children with boundless affection. As a beloved wife to Larry, she shared a deep bond of love and partnership that was an inspiration to all. As a grandmother, she brought joy and laughter to her grandchildren—Hayden, Avery, Zach, and Sloane—leaving them with cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Many knew Doris from her years of hosting the Friday Fish Fry at Scherwood Golf Course in Schererville, IN, where her warmth and hospitality made everyone feel welcome.

Her spirit will continue to guide us, and her prayers will remain a source of comfort and strength. Doris will be forever remembered and dearly missed by her family and friends.
