Frank P. Gadish, age 91, of Dyer, IN, passed away on January 13, 2026. He is survived by his daughter, Karen (John) Gadish-George; grandchildren, Kaitlin (Mason) Ohnemus and William George; sister, Rose Solyom; niece, Stephanie (Rick) Smith; and nephew, Frank Solyom. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne; son, Michael Gadish; and parents, Francis and Catherine Gadish.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN, from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 pm. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Frank was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marines. He served in the Korean War from 1953-1956. Frank dedicated at least thirty years of his life to work at DuPont Chemical as a millwright. He enjoyed bowling and golfing in his free time. Frank was a dedicated member of Holy Trinity Hungarian Church in East Chicago, IN. Frank was a beloved dad and grandpa, and he will be greatly missed.
