Harriet Chapman

Harriet is the loving mother to Ginger (Jim) Klimczyk, Cheryl (David) Fifield, Mike (Vicki) Myers and Kevin (Lana) Myers; proud grandmother to Nicole and James Klimczyk, Matthew (Emily) Fifield, Cory (Gabreille) Fifield, Ryan (Aubree) Myers, Natalie (Steven) Konopasek, Marisa and Zachary Myers, and Tony (Marilyn) Klimczyk; great-grandmother of 15; and cherished sister to Robert Chapman and Dorothy Pelletiere.

She was preceded in death by five siblings, and her former spouse and good friend, Earl Myers.

She retired from Women's World as a manager after many years in retail service. In retirement, she enjoyed staying active and busy and cleaned homes for many friends. Her love of her dogs will always be remembered and cherished. Her true love and passion was her grandchildren and her family.

Visitation for Harriet will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of her Funeral at 2:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. She will be laid to rest in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
