John Sellentin

John Sellentin, age 90 of Schererville, IN, formerly of Chicago Heights, IL passed away December 9, 2019. He is survived by son Tony (Cindy) Sellentin, daughter Linda (Ned) Grabarek, step-son Steven (Linda) Mueller, seven grandchildren Christopher, Elle, Kelsey, Gregory, Rick, Neil, Tessa, many nieces, and one nephew. Preceded in death by wife Gitta (Mueller) Sellentin, father Johann Sellentin, mother Helene (nee Dueck) Sellentin, and sister Hilde (Heinz) Glandien. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 16, 2019, 12:00 Noon at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 8178 Cline Ave (1/2 mile south of US 30) Crown Point, IN; Randy Harrison, Minister officiating, burial Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family Monday morning December 16, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon (service time) at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
