Kenneth is the loving husband for 68 years to the late Donna Baker; beloved father to Debra (Bob) Taggart, Kenneth Baker, the late Kimberly Bedlow and the late Robbie Baker; proud grandfather of five; great-grandfather of 23; great-great-grandfather of two; cherished brother to Don (the late Dollie) Baker and the late Shirley Patterson; uncle to many.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jeff Schroeder; nephew, Donnie Baker, and his parents Clarence and Bess Baker.
Kenneth retired after 39 years of faithful service at Inland Steel. Kenneth was a huge dog lover, especially his grandogs. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and for his love for his family.
Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of his funeral service at 1:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. He will be laid to rest next to his wife at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
