

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Flora; Son, George (Carri) Sinnis and daughter, Terri Raptis; Grandchildren, Loukas, Landon, Logan and Lawson Sinnis, Stacy (Steven) Alspach, Helena Raptis (Peter Nikolovski) and Alexander Raptis; Great-grandchildren, Elias, Maximus and Leo and many dear family members in Greece.
Loukas was born February 5, 1935 in Kaparelli, Greece to the late George and Dimitra Sinnis. Loukas was blessed to be part of a loving Greek community and belonged to St. George Greek Orthodox Church. Loukas came to America and started out working as a painter, painting bridges and water tanks. He saved enough money to start his own business, the Boston Fish Market which he ran until he retired. After retiring Loukas enjoyed attending his Grandson’s football and basketball games. He even started to love them just about as much as soccer. Loukas travelled a lot the last several years having the opportunity to travel to Greece to see his family and share his heritage with his grandchildren.
Loukas was a kind, generous loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather and Friend and will be truly missed by all the lives he has touched.
Due to Covid 19, services will be held privately by the family. Loukas will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, Indiana. Please share condolences and favorite memories with the family.
