Lyman was born March 2, 1935 in East Prairie, Missouri, to the late Otis and Bertha Fisher. Also preceding him in death is his son, Rodney Fisher.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 61 years, Eunice Fisher; children, Christina (Ed) James, Joy (David) Jager, Sharon (Larry) Lusk, Keith (Michelle) Fisher; grandchildren, Cammie James, Ria (Keith) Travis, Sarah (Bryan) Eastling, Mindy (Mike) Scott, Brian (Jacqui) Jager, Derek (Kate) Lusk, Dustin Fisher, Duane (Samantha) Fisher, Melissa Fisher, Samuel Fisher, Tiffaney Koselke, and Michael Gall; 15 great grandchildren; sisters, Doris (Paul) Holtsinger, Nelva Allman, Susie (Wendell) Rice, Jean (Dan) Stoffer, Linda (Bob) Britt, and Brenda (Benton) Griggs; brother, Eddie (Sonja) Fisher; and many nieces and nephews.
Lyman retired after 31 years of service with Inland Steel as a crane operator. He and his family are faithful members of Hilltop Community Church of Lowell, where he served as a deacon. Lyman enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, and will be missed by all who love him.
