

Ann is survived by her children; Cookie (Jim), Ron, Ben (Debbie), Tammy (Jaime), and Sam (Trisha); daughter-in-law, Judy; her brother, Joe; her sister, Bertha; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Paul, Eugene, Al, J.D., Bert, Jr., and Donnie; her 3 husbands, Earnest, James and Paul; her son, Butch; her daughter, Gail; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Ann was born on January 3, 1930 in Lexington, IL to Bert and Lucy Thomas. Ann was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She loved deeply and with her whole heart. As a young girl, Ann attended God's Bible School, where she continued to follow her love of the Lord. She was a spiritual woman and was involved in many church activities. In addition to her love of the Lord, she enjoyed traveling, her favorite destination being Israel. Ann will be deeply missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
A Public Visitation for Mary Ann will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. A Public Visitation will occur Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Chapel Lawn, followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Mary will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
