We love Mary. Mary never gave up. She was a real fighter for her children, her grandchildren, her husband. Mary had more friends than all of us combined and seemed to be able to juggle them with her busy life. She loved beautiful things which caused her to watch QVC (David Venable). She was a good storyteller, dancer, and had a love of music. Despite her busy schedule, she kept in touch with texts, cards. She was a movie aficionado. We have lots of pictures she sent of her grandkids, wildlife, her dog (and grand fur babies), plants. She loved parties and in her later years she enjoyed a lot of travel - especially the sister trips.
She will be greatly missed. xx00

We love you, Jane and Dana and Aimee

So glad our Hammond High School Class of 1968 was able to reconnect with Mary (Render) Sawyer at our Class Reunion last September 2018. I truly hope she enjoyed herself at the reunion and that it brought back fond memories of good times and friendships during her school days. May you rest in peace, Mary.

Mary was a woman of substance. She was a fierce protector of her children and grandchildren whom she loved with all of her heart.

Whatever she did she did with vigor, resourcefulness and energy.

Mary also had a fun side - she was always ready to party, loved to laugh and to tell stories.

Mary also possessed a deep faith and belief in her Lord and Saviour.

Mary, I shall miss you.

Diane Render, sister in law
