MAXINE E. BONNEAU ST. JOHN, IN Maxine E. Bonneau, 84, of St. John, died Sunday October 2, 2011 after a lingering illness. Maxine was born to the late Max and Rose Sampson Auten on October 21, 1926 in Chicago. She married Victor on September 21, 1946 and they spent 65 years together and he survives. Maxine was a homemaker raising three sons. She at one time was an active member of the Calvary Reformed Church. Surviving with her husband are two sons: Ron and Craig Bonneau; two grandchildren: Brad (his wife Dawn) and Amy; two great grandchildren: Ryane and Carson. Maxine was preceded by her son, Steven; and a sister, Doris Blanchard-Beatty. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave., Schererville, IN 46375. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Mel DeVries officiating. Burial will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
