Michael J. Gazdick

Michael was born June 25, 1984 in Munster, Indiana to the late Michael T. Gazdick, who passed away in 2012, and his devoted mother Denise (Grudzien) Gazdick, who survives.

Also left to cherish his memory are his loving sister, Jennifer (M&M) Gazdick; Aunt and dearest Godmother, Renee Grudzien (fiancée Steve Kieltyka), and his Aunt Lori (Bill) Figg; Uncle and Godfather, Jim Gazdick, and uncles, Frank Grudzien and Tom Gazdick; many cousins, friends, and pets TJ, Tango, and Missy.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Frank and Eleanor Grudzien, and Cyril and Helen Gazdick.

In 2003, he graduated Lake Central High School, and achieved 12 years of perfect attendance. He attended Purdue University of Calumet, where he received a certificate of achievement in Mechanical Component I & Electrical. He was employed with Industry 1 of Highland, Indiana. He was a genuine nature lover and outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, gardening and especially dove hunting with his father. Michael had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need, and will be dearly missed by those who loved him.

Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016 from 4-8 pm at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens (8178 S. Cline Ave.; Schererville, Indiana 46375). Funeral services will be Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:30 am at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, with Rev. Doug Klukken officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
