

RoseMarie lived most of her 86 years in the Chicagoland area; 24 years in the Ft Myers / Cape Coral area in Florida; with the last few years in Valparaiso, In.
She is survived by her daughter Dolores, son Frank J. (Patricia), six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of family and friends from her local church, Life Bridge Christian Church in Valparaiso.
She was born in Bethlehem Pennsylvania, October 27, 1927 to Peter and Frances (Cacertta) Rosamilia. Married for over 63 years, she is preceded in death by her husband Frank Guzzo, and grandson Aaron T. Guzzo, 2 brothers (Amos and Louis Rosamilia), 2 sisters (Virginia Rosamilia and Dolores Lipko).
A loving, giving, caring, compassionate wife, mom, grandmother and great grandmother, she was affectionately called “Nani”, “Grammy”, and “Mom” by those she came in contact, and always was ready and willing to give hugs and kisses. Even doctors, nurses, and other caregivers received the loving hugs and kisses from “Grammy Guzzo”. Her “kitchen” was usually open and her pot roast dinners and lasagna, and famous meatballs were the absolute best!
Visitation will be held April 26th, Saturday, from 10am to 2pm, with a Memorial Service immediately following at 2pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 8178 Cline Avenue, Schererville, Indiana, Pastor Peter Kersker officiating.
