Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 38 years, Bob Robertson; her parents, Wilbur and Joan Redar; and her brother, Dennis Redar.
She leaves behind her loving daughters, Cathy (Michael) Scifres and Cynthia Robertson-Trevino; her treasured grandchildren, Caitlyn (Bazz) Verduzco-Bazzetta, Kaysie Scifres, Caleb (Madalyn) Verduzco, Kristopher Scifres, Gregory Brown, Sarah Brown, and Justin Trevino; her six precious great-grandchildren, Damian, Nathan, Harrison, Gideon, Evie Jo, and Cam; nieces, nephews, and so many other close and meaningful friendships and family relationships.
To her grandchildren, she was lovingly known as "Funk," a name that brought smiles and represented a bond filled with love, laughter, and countless special memories. Her family was the center of her world and brought her joy.
Sandra had a gift for making people feel loved and cared for. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends, talking on the phone for hours, and keeping her home just the way she liked it, always cleaning, organizing, and finding something new to rearrange. She loved a good card game and was known for finding a way to win, whether or not she followed all the rules. Those playful moments became some of the stories her family will cherish forever.
Her faith and relationship with God were an important part of her life and guided her through every season. She lived with a quiet strength, a generous spirit, and a heart that was always focused on others. Sandra rarely complained and was far more concerned about the happiness and wellbeing of those around her than herself.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her silly sense of humor, her beautiful smile, and the warmth she brought into every room. She was a true blessing to her family and friends, and her love will continue to live on through all who were fortunate enough to know her.
The family finds comfort in knowing that while her presence will be deeply missed, the love she gave so freely and the memories she created will remain in their hearts forever. She is now at peace and reunited with her beloved husband, Bob. She will smile now forever.
