Amalia "Mollie" Flores

Amalia Rodriguez Flores (Mollie), age 85, passed away on February 25, 2013, in Dallas, TX. She was born on November 17, 1927, in Floresville, TX, to Ignacio and Beatriz Nieto. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Arnold Flores; sons, Arnold Flores, Jr. and wife Denise, Ray Flores and wife Debbie, Ricky Flores and wife, Linda; daughter, Debbie Becker and husband Jeff; 7 grandchildren, Grant Flores, Kelli Dunlap, Ronnie Eernisse, Jason Flores, Daphanie Hervig, Molly Flores and Dakota Becker; 4 great-grandchildren, McKenna Eernisse, Angel Flores, Elaina Flores and Maddison Dunlap; sister, Aunt Ora; numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Misty.

Mollie was a devout Catholic and was a member of Saint Mark Catholic Church in Plano. She loved to work in her garden and around the house, enjoyed her collection of dolls and cottages, loved being with family and friends and enjoyed traveling,

Visitation will be held at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, from 6:30-8:30 pm with the Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at 1:00 pm, with the interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
