She was born June 25, 1937 in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of the late Louis Russell Harding and Elizabeth Osborne.
Bette Mynette was a graduate of Texas Western College in El Paso (now UTEP) and earned her Master’s Degree in Education from North Texas University. She was always there every step of the way to help them achieve that goal. She was a trusted friend and true guidance counselor in every since of the word. After moving to Dallas, Mynette was a counselor in the Dallas Independent School District for many years before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Russell Harding of El Paso, mother Elizabeth Osborne of Dallas and her brother, Eugene Harding of Camarillo, California.
She is survived by her brother, Russell Harding of Austin, and by many cousins, nieces and nephews she loved very much.
