Carole Sue Dixon Marsh

She was born on January 24, 1947, in Vernon, Texas, to the late Welcome D. & Francis (Amiott) Dixon. Carole received her degree in Speech Therapy from the University of Tulsa. She taught in both Waco ISD and Richardson ISD for several years. Following retirement, Carole worked in the real estate business in both Dallas and Santa Fe.

Carole will be remembered for her love of painting, her creativity, sharp wit and sense of humor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan B. Marsh on August 13, 2016. Carole is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kelly & Valerie Cameron of Richardson; brother and sister-in-law, Don & Dana Dixon of Dallas; stepson, Bryan B. Marsh III of Dallas; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Betsy & Manny Ybarra of Lucas; stepson and daughter-in-law, Bob & Lila Marsh of Dallas; grandchildren, Kelsie Cameron, Max Cameron, Will Marsh, Charlie Marsh, James Marsh, Amanda Ybarra, Sam Ybarra, Davis Marsh, and Brett Marsh.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 in Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, 7990 George Bush Turnpike, Dallas, Texas 75252. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.
