Claudia Pollock Thompson, 79, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Baylor Medical Center in McKinney, TX. She was beloved by many who knew her. Claudia will be remembered for her sweet smile, her endearing laugh and her easy ability to make friends. She loved being with her family and friends the most. Claudia was born on June 4th, 1941 in Hollywood, California and grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana before moving to Texas where she resided for many years. Claudia, an only child, was preceded in death by her parents Tom Pennington Pollock and Ruth Jean Haskell Pollock; and her two sons, Kyle Thompson and Carter Thompson. She is survived by her daughters Kelli Thompson Ivy and Holli Thompson Tomme; and her grandchildren Carter Metcalf, Tyler Ivy, Kyle Tomme and Hannah Tomme. A memorial service will be held for her at a later date.
