David Noel Persall passed away on July 17, 2024 at the age of 82. He was born in Cullman, Alabama on December 14, 1941 to A. J. and Agatha Persall. A remembrance service will be held on September 2, 2024 in the chapel at Cullman Church of Christ at 2:00 pm. Mr. Persall grew up on the family farm in Jones Chapel, Alabama. He served in the US Air Force and retired from Michelin Tire Corporation in Greenville, SC. David loved gardening, tinkering in his workshop, writing poetry, and singing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim Persall; sisters, Audrey Ward and Sybil Williams.
He is survived by his brother Carl Persall (Jean), his sister Esther Clapp (Richard), his children Vyneta Ryan (Tim), David Persall (Lisa), and Christina Fowler (Ken), 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
