To know her was to be loved by her. She was a woman whose heart knew no limits when it came to the people she cared for. Loving, caring, fiercely loyal and endlessly selfless, she spent her life putting others before herself. She was the person everyone could count on, the one who showed up, offered comfort, gave advice and loved unconditionally.
She was the devoted wife of Lincoln, a loving mother to Britney, and the proudest “Gigi” to her cherished grandson. One of her greatest joys was watching her grandson grow and witnessing the milestones that brought her so much happiness, his first steps, first words and the light he brought into her life.
She was known for her incredible home-cooked meals, which brought family and friends together around the table and created countless memories that will live on forever. Her love extended to her beloved dogs and horses, who brought her endless comfort and companionship throughout her life.
She found peace by the water and loved spending time at the beach, listening to the waves and soaking in the beauty around her. She had an incredible sense of humor and often joked about being afraid to turn 60. In true fashion, she will forever remain 59.
Throughout her life, she faced more than her share of health challenges, yet she met each one with remarkable strength, resilience and determination. Even during her hardest battles, she continued to think of others before herself and showed an unwavering courage that inspired everyone around her.
Her absence leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of those who loved her. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the countless memories she gave us, the lessons she taught us and the love she leaves behind.
She is survived by her loving husband, Lincoln; her daughter, Britney; her mother, Marilyn; her sister, Stacy; her treasured grandson, Shiloh; and many other family members and friends who were blessed to know her.
Though she is no longer with us, her love, strength, kindness and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
“If love alone could have saved you, you would have lived forever.”
