Diane R. Blankenship

Diane loved to care for people. She had a servant's heart. Her life was a living example of one of her favorite bible verses, Ephesians 4:32- "And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving on another, just as God also forgave you in Christ." Diane loved Jesus with her whole heart. She meditated on the bible day and night. Diane was a dedicated mother. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Nana.

Diane is survived by her mother, Connie Boykin; her sisters and their spouses, Tommie Lee Petito, Belinda and Ed Korta; her brother and his wife, Kevin and Sheila Blankenship; her son and his wife, Travis and Sonja Reed; her son, Jordan Reed; her daughter and her husband, Shawna and Shane Wheeler; her grandchildren, Justin, Morgan, Payton, and Logan Wheeler and Addison Reed; plus her many nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched deeply.

A celebration of Diane's life will be at Lifepoint Church at 4501 Hedgecoxe in Plano, TX 75024 on Saturday, September 28 at 11:00 am
