Addison, TX- Donald N. Dates age 61, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2010 surrounded by his family. He was born June 29, 1948 to Phyllis and Murray Dates in Ann Arbor, MI. Don graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1970. He played football for OSU and was a member of Delta Tau Delta, making him an avid OSU fan! But most of all he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.Don is survived by his wife of 26 years Judy Dates; one son, Jeff Dates; three daughters, Jenny Marlar and husband Nick, Lori Nicolson and husband Brice, Melissa Clark and husband Brian; three granddaughters, Kelsie, Reilly, and Kinley; one brother, Bob Dates and wife Ann, and a host of friends.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home Chapel.
