Doris Carter Lilley, 93 of Plano, Texas passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015. She will be greatly missed by many family and friends. Services will be held in Gatesville, North Carolina at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, Dallas, TX.
