Frank was born on October 12, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, a son of Frank Bailey Sr. and Doris Aikens.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home located at George Bush and Coit in Dallas.
A visitation will be held the evening prior, Friday, April 24, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM also at he Ted Dickey West Funeral Home.
