George was born at Ft. Lee, Virginia, on July 2, 1959, the eldest child of John A. “Jack” and Germaine I. (Boire) Giles.
He was a proud Aggie, getting his electrical engineering undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University. He later obtained his J. D. from Texas Tech University.
He is survived by his brother John F. Giles, of Deerfield Beach, FL., and his sister, Janet R. Giles, of Seffner, FL. He is also survived by one uncle, Arthur (Jeanne) Boire, two aunts, Rosemary Boire, and Joyce Boire, and numerous cousins.
