Gloria Charlene Mott

Mott, Gloria Gloria Charlene Mott passed away on November 22, 2010, in Carrollton, Texas, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer. She was born 72 years ago in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents George Eugene Kennedy and Dorothy Smith Kennedy and her first husband Hugh L. Winkler. Known as Charlene or Sissy by her family and friends, she is survived by her current husband for the past forty years, Michael J. Mott of Carrollton, Texas; her son Hugh L. Winkler, his wife Sylvia Becker, and their two children Julia and David Winkler, who live in Washington, D.C.; her son Michael D. Winkler and his wife Eileen Doyle, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her sister Annette Ellis and her niece Deborah Ellis from the Atlanta, Georgia, area; and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Karen Mott Malloy and Brian Malloy and their children Eric, Nathaniel, and Beth Malloy, who live in Massachusetts. Visitation will be on Saturday, November 27, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, with the funeral service following immediately at 12:00 noon at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, 8011 Frankford Rd., Dallas, Texas.
