Jean Elizabeth Blackwell will always be remembered as a wonderful, daughter, friend and colleague to all that knew and cared for her. Jean was born May 21, 1936. to Johnnie Dalton Ketcham and Willie May Ketcham nee. Morton. She will be dearly missed and forever loved by all who knew her and all she shared her light with.
