Jenny Kim (née 박정자) of Plano, Texas, a loving mother of Tae Hoon Kim of Plano, Texas, and Winton Jung Hoon Kim of Suwon, South Korea, and an ardent follower of Jesus Christ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2026.She was born on the lunar calendar date of September 20, 1947.
Her family moved to the United States in 1983, where she became a naturalized US citizen. She was a longtime member of Korean church communities in Milpitas and Fremont, California, and, more recently, in Plano, Texas. Her generous and kind heart always carried concerns for the country, community, and strangers and acquaintances in need. She is survived by her two sons, daughters-in-law Yeunhee and Jasmine, her grandson, Ezra, her granddaughter, Elie, and her devoted husband, Jay Kim.
