Jess Delgado was born on May 6, 1927 in Clifton, Arizona to Jose and Elvira Delgado. He passed away on November 10, 2011 in Frisco, TX. He was married for 58 years to Ruth Delgado when he passed away. It seemed like fate was working for the two as they came in and out of each others lives before they were finally wed. Jess was very proud that he was able to serve his country in the Navy. Jess was the kind of person that would never attempt to make himself the center of attention but always seemed to draw the spotlight. Whether it was because of his cowboy hats or the boots that his relative and friends long for he always seemed to stand out. He was very humble about his life ad his accomplishments and never took the credit he was due. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
