

John Conway, 99, of Plano, Texas, passed away on March 5th, surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 28, 1926, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, John lived a life of dedication, service, and love.
A proud veteran, John served in the U.S. Army during World War II, embodying strength and commitment to his country. Following his military service, he built a career in the food processing industry, working for various companies where his hard work and leadership were highly regarded.
John married the love of his life, Juanita Conway, in 1953. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, family, and cherished memories. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, always putting his family first.
John had a passion for sports, especially baseball and football, and found joy in cheering for his favorite teams. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry on his legacy of love and resilience. John also leaves behind his beloved siblings: Frank, Artie, Mary, Gert, Catherine, Patricia, Will, Tommy, Joe, Mike, and Mary.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 5100 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093. A burial committal will occur Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
