Ken was born and raised in New York. After proudly serving in the armed forces, he began a long and successful career with JCPenney headquarters, where he met and married the love of his life, Rita. When the company relocated to Dallas in 1988, Ken and Rita embraced the change and made Texas their new home. Despite the move, Ken remained a loyal Boston Red Sox and New York Jets fan.
Known for his warm personality and gift of conversation, Ken never met a stranger. His kindness and generosity were felt by all who knew him—he was always ready to lend a hand. He built a close-knit circle of friends who became like family over the years.
Ken had a deep appreciation for opera, especially La Bohème, and a lifelong love of classic comedy, including Laurel and Hardy and Abbott and Costello. His sense of humor and open heart will be remembered fondly.
Ken will be sorely missed by his family and friends, but he is now reunited with his beloved Rita and their cherished cat, Mia.
Rest in peace, Ken.
