

Liliane Falchier, a cherished presence whose kindness and quiet strength touched everyone around her, passed away on January 27, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on April 16, 1933, in the small village of Kerhuel, France, Liliane carried with her the grace, resilience, and warmth of her homeland throughout her long and meaningful life.
Drawn to new horizons, Liliane eventually made her way to New York City, where she poured her talent and work ethic into the beloved French restaurants Britany du Soir and La Bonne Soupe. For many years, she welcomed guests with her signature blend of professionalism and heart, becoming a friendly and trusted presence.
On December 12, 1954, she married the love of her life, Pierre Falchier. Together with their sons, they built a family rooted in devotion, laughter, and shared purpose. Liliane was a deeply dedicated wife and mother, always placing her family at the center of her world.
Later in life, Liliane made her home in Wyndham Court of Plano, Texas, where she continued to share her warmth, wisdom, and spirit with all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched—through her generosity, her quiet courage, and the love she gave so freely.
Liliane is preceded in death by her husband, Pierre.
Liliane is survived by her sons, Claude Falchier, and Patrick Falchier; her daughters-in-law, Maria Falchier and Rosetta Falchier; her grandchildren, Eric, Caroline, Christie, Jacqueline, and Alexander; and her great-grandchild, Samariah.
A visitation will be held from 12 - 2 p.m. on Monday, February 16th at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home 7990 President George Bush Turnpike, Dallas, Texas 75252.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m.
Following services, the family invites friends and family to gather at the funeral home for fellowship and an extended visitation period that will last until 4 p.m. on Monday.
Wife, Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma Liliane will be remembered with profound affection, gratitude, and love forever.
