Age 84 of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully on August 6, 2014. She was born on April 24, 1930 in Los Angeles, California. She met and married the love of her life Jack Owen Sanders in June of 1949. They had a deep and loving relationship that endured until his death in 2004. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be remembered for loving and caring for her children and grandchildren. She loved bowling and dancing and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her son, James Owen Sanders, his wife Brandy and their two children Brittney and Braeden; and daughter, Debra Marie Sanders Leveno, her husband Joseph Kenneth Leveno and their two daughters, Lauren and Abigail. A funeral mass for Marie will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at All Saints Catholic Church at 10:30 AM, 5231 Meadowcreek, Dallas, Texas 75248 with burial at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 2:30 PM.
