Marsha Rae Wysong, aged 78, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025, at home. She was born on January 18, 1947, in Anderson, Indiana, to James and Dortha Kingery. She attended Ball State University where she met the love of her life, Robert Wysong. The two were married on October 21,1967 and went on to have three children.
Marsha was a dedicated military wife and a devoted mother. Not a day went by that she didn't talk to her children. She loved to cruise and was happiest when she had a Diet Coke in hand and could hear the ocean waves crashing. She always had the ability to make anyone smile.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; children and their spouses, Dawn and Clint Melton, Heather and Roy Ancheta and Brian and Hillary Wysong; grandchildren Sarah (Mikel), Rachel, Paxton, Hannah, Maddox, Luke and Zach; two great grandsons; and younger brother, Joe Kingery (Carla). She was preceded in death by father, James; mother, Dortha; and brother, Tom.
