Mary Emory Smith, 89, of Birmingham, Michigan, passed away January 29, 2015. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 16, 1925. Mary graduated from University Liggett School and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She was married to William Emory in 1952 and Frank Smith in 1983. Mary was involved in social work and later estate sales. Mary had a passion for her boys, golf, travelling, and antiques. She was survived by Robert, John, and Charles [children]; Julie, William, Bryce, Kayla, Jacey, and Mary Clare [grandchildren]; and Glenn [brother]. A service will be held in summer of 2015 in Birmingham, Michigan.
