Nikki may have only been my neighbor a short time, but when she moved to Wylie we kept in touch. I got my sweet black cat Felix from Nikki, she was there when I had my first kiss, and our brothers even played together back in Allen. I remember passing notes and getting busted in the 6th grade class we shared together. I was so excited when I learned we’d be in the same class that year! I don’t think anyone who had met Nikki could ever have a bad thing to say about her. She had a bright happy soul and a love of life- a kindness that is often forgotten these days. I think her fondness of animals was only outdone by the love she has for her children. You’ll be missed, sweet girl!

I met Nikki in Kindergarten we made fast friends since then she has always been like a sister to me. Summarizing our friendship in a short tribute is impossible Nikki has always been the sweetest most kind hearted person that I could have ever had the pleasure of calling my friend. We told each other everything we were best friends I looked forward to attending her wedding. Without her my world has lost much joy, and laughter. I feel so blessed to have had her in my life. I am so thankful to Nikki for making my life so rich with such an amazing friendship.

I'll never forget our last visit before I moved. We just got snacks and hung out. We didn't do anything fun, just nothing. It was our favorite. I love and miss you so much.
