Jeanne met her husband Charles Weeks, while attending high school in 1946 and married him after his service and deployment in the US Army. They went on to have 3 children.
In 1965 the family moved to Denver Colorado from Kansas for a job with Mountain Bell. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Jeanne also loved to cook for her church, family, and friends. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with all who knew her.
There was one song that reflected her feeling and love for her Lord, called
I Love Thee Lord Jesus which reads like this.
I Love thee Lord Jesus, I know thou art mine
For thee all the follies of sin I resign
My gracious redeemer my Savior art thou
If ever I loved thee, my Jesus tis now

I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord, shall give to me at that day. 2 Timothy 4:6-7
